Realization archive depot – 2014 / 2015

WAD Archiefdepot B.V. realizes in Amsterdam North a building of app. 5.800 m2 for the storage of art.
Most of the space will be used by Eye, the national museum for film. Next to app. 3.300m2 of depots with a wide range on specific climates there are rooms for the restauration of films, offices, meeting rooms and a small movie theatre.
The electricity will mainly be produces by solar cells which are placed on the roof.

Requirements

Project management, support for the awarding of contracts, supervision of the construction, setting of accounts, completion and acceptance of construction and erection work, removal of deficiency.
